From first message to your port
Pay part now, the rest on delivery
A 30–50% advance by bank transfer (T/T) to our Japanese company account secures the vehicle and starts export procedures.
The remaining balance is settled after your vehicle arrives — you pay the rest once your order reaches you.
Your invoice states everything: vehicle, inspection, freight and insurance. Only ever pay the MH Trading Japan company account.

Every car we export carries our name. We buy as if it were our own — inspect it, document it, and stay with you until it reaches your port.

All questions →Every vehicle comes with the original auction sheet — an independent inspector’s condition grade — plus real photos and verified mileage. Where your country requires it, an independent inspection (JEVIC, QISJ, JAAI) is passed before shipping. And you only pay 30–50% in advance; the balance is due after delivery.
A 30–50% advance by bank transfer (T/T) to our Japanese company account confirms your order. The remaining balance is paid after your vehicle is delivered. We never accept payment to personal accounts.

Typically 2–4 weeks to Asia and Oceania, 4–6 weeks to East Africa and Europe, and 6–9 weeks to landlocked countries and the Caribbean. We share the exact vessel ETD and ETA at booking.
